Holidays with taste.

The farm is located in the municipality of Cugnoli (PE) and has an extension of about 13 hectares. Most of the land is cultivated in olive groves, our great wealth, for a total of about 400 plants.

Other crops include fodder, cereals, vegetables, fruit trees and one hectare of vineyard (Montepulciano). All cultivations are conducted biologically and certified by the ICEA.

Our school's teaching offer includes several courses. Look at the path that transforms olive into quality oil through traditional and strictly mechanical processes. Find out how the farmers worked in the fields and then cook freshly harvested fresh produce in our gardens.

Only wine? Come and see what can really produce a grape juice. Discover typical dishes of tradition and let us show you how to carry a vegetable garden without the use of chemicals and pesticides.
